Agents Representing Buyers

We always welcome agent participation in our auctions and pre-sales. Real estate auctions can be a good place for your buyer to find property at a bargain price. Buyer's agents can earn up to 30% of the buyer premium for registering a client who is the winning bidder.

There are several criteria for agents to earn a commission for representing a buyer.

  1. You must register your client at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the auction.
  2. For live events, you must attend all showings, the auction, and the contract signing with your customer.
  3. The Broker Participation Form must accompany all Sealed Bids and be received at least 24 hours prior to your customer placing a bid in an Online Auction.
  4. You must hold an Active real estate license for the state in which the subject property is located.
  5. Your customer will be required to state their opening bid when registering.
  6. Your customer must be the winning bidder, fully execute the sales contract with all attachments, and successfully close on the property.
  7. Any agent found to be canvassing or soliciting potential bidders during the showing periods or at the actual auction will not be permitted to register any clients or receive any commissions.
  8. Commissions will be paid after closing and after Panhandle Real Estate, Inc. has been paid in full.
